Microsoft has released final version of Windows Live Essentials. Which can be installed through Web-Installer or Offline installer.

Windows live package contains Messenger, Mail, Photo Gallery, Writer, Toolbar, and Family Safety, and Windows Live Movie maker which is currently in Beta. These all Essentials can be downloaded separately and can be installed by web installer.

So, there are Standalone Offline installers are also available which can be downloaded through following links.

Note : you have to install all the requirements software (see at end of post) before installing the Essentials. All downloads come as *.cab files, so you will need to extract the *.MSI file using Winrar or 7Zip.
